Shipping policy

Canadian & US Orders

All orders are generally processed within 1 -4 business days and ship via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Typical shipping times are between 1-5 business days in Canada and 5-7 business days in USA.

If you require faster shipping or insurance please contact us via the NOTE section on the checkout page or e-mail us at hello@saltish.ca. All Canadian shipments will receive a tracking number via e-mail.

We do not provide refunds, replacements or credit for parcels that are lost/damaged in transit. By placing an order with us, you accept that it will be subjected to the terms and conditions set by Canada Post with regards to insurance and compensation for delays, damage or loss of shipments. 

**Please note that if you are ordering from outside Canada you are responsible for any additional fees that may occur such as duties or international taxes.**
