Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please send us an email at hello@saltish.ca if you have a problem or question with your order or product. We will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.

Although our products are made with the utmost care and attention to detail, they are made with ingredients from nature and by hand so you may incur slight variations of colour or texture from product to product of the same kind. This in no way affects the function or beauty of the item and all are carefully chosen and packaged by hand.
Product Usage
Our Spa Stone Sea Salt soaps are a long-lasting bar due to the added sea salt, we recommended you keep the bar dry and out of water when not in use to get the maximum longevity. Our soaps are preservative-free and have a shelf life of approximately 9 months due to the plant-based ingredients, oils, and butters, which have a natural expiry. Open and enjoy!
**For those with sensitive skin we suggest a patch test before using any beauty product, this is generally a standard in the industry, discontinue use if there is a negative reaction.**
